• Our gold is to provide you with the best possible service. In order to do that, we ask for your cooperation.
• Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. This does not affect your rights under The Consumer Right Act 2015.
As a salon guest, it is your responsibility to: Clearly ask for the service which you would like to have.
• Inform your Staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving
any services.
• Inform your Staff/ Salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, Staff or any services. Treat the Staff and the other with courtesy
and respect.
• Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will not take any responsibility if an accident happens to your child/children during your treatment at our Salon.
Please leave all valuable items at home. We are Not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items and Gift Card/ Gift
Certificates.
• We will not be responsible for allergic reaction or burning due to waxing on clients who are using acne medications, acne creams or have sensitive skin. • Adhere to salon's policies and procedures.

Refunds:

Guarantee:
Lacquer Polish services are not Guaranteed. Enhancements and Gel are Guaranteed for 72 hours after your appointment (excluding breakages). If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 72 hours, please schedule a free repair. Please bring your recent to show proof of services. Repair must be in the same original colors. • We will not be held responsible for any broken or infected nails after you leave the salon due to negligence and/or not following our nails aftercare.
We recommend that you come every 2 or 3 weeks for your healthy nails.
Tardiness:
Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, will need rescheduling or considered as walk-in
customers.
Permitted Practices:
We follow all regulations set for manicurists by the State. We are only
permitted to work on healthy skin and nails. • Callus removal treatment is extra and may take more than one session.
• We are not permitted to cut/remove living tissues or ingrown toenails as these
practices fall under surgical procedures. We will do our best to make these areas more comfortable for you, but any removals must be done under the care of physicians. • Please note that we are Nails Professionals and not Podiatrists. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates:
They are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
