At NATALIE NAILS & SPA, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience of both our clients and our salon. •We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. •We do NOT accept personal checks. •We DO NOT offer any refunds. •There is a NO REFUND policy on gift certificates/gift cards. Not redeemable if lost or stolen. •Please note, that prices and services are subject to change without notice. •Customers must notify your nail tech prior to service of any health conditions such as diabetes, sensitive skin, fungus, infection, allergies, etc. Failure to notify the nail tech means you are serviced at your own risk. •If something happens to your nails (chip, break, peel) within the first 24 hours, please let us know and we will fix it free of charge. Anything after will be a charge. •Management assumes no liability for injuries or accidents that may occur. •Children are welcomed but to ensure relaxation of other customers, please do not bring small children unless supervised by adults at all times. •Please do not leave your belongings unattended. We are not responsible . •If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform the staff right away.
